They trying to use TikTok lives and old rap hooks to hit the whole block with a RICO: In 2026 the state ain't even doing real police work no more. They just sitting in an air-conditioned precinct scrolling IG and TikTok, screenshotting handshakes and rap lyrics, and claiming it's an “overt act in furtherance of a conspiracy” under the racketeering statute.

Fr bro, they get on the witness stand acting like slang from 2018 is a secret mob code. If 12 don't got real physical evidence, they use rap lyrics to scare an all-white jury. Don't sign no plea without seeing the whole discovery packet.

The Real Behind-the-Wall Economy: They take people's commissary money to fund their own administration budget while giving folks two thin baloney sandwiches for dinner. Stop letting 12 pull you over and hold you on the curb for a drug dog:

Under Rodriguez v. United States, the Supreme Court already ruled cops cannot drag out a routine traffic stop just to wait on a K-9 dog unit to sniff around your wheels. Once they write the ticket or run your license, the stop is officially over. Period.

How to Catch 'Em on Bodycam Discovery: When cops know they got no probable cause, they start asking 50 questions about where you coming from, what's in the trunk, or stall at their cruiser pretending the computer is slow. Subpoena that dashcam timestamp and CAD dispatch log. If they held you 10 extra minutes waiting on the dog, file a motion to suppress and throw the evidence in the trash!

Heavy on that CAD dispatch log! Cops will swear in their report they had reasonable suspicion, but when the computer timestamp shows they called the K9 twenty minutes after running the plates, the whole stop gets dismissed.
